It is time that I made an official announcement regarding my new position with RE/MAX Central. A very reputable team of Realtors in my office, have asked me to join their team. The team consists of three Realtors (Heiner, Carolyn and Gerhilde Blum), a personal assistant (Allyson), and a team motivator (MacKenzie). The Blum’s have established themselves as extremely reputable Realtors in Burnaby’s South Slope, and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to learn from and work with. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with such great people and I look forward to doing my best to help the team remain one of the best in Burnaby. Vancouver Real Estate Market Remains Hot.

If the message that Realtors received from the Real Estate Board today is any indication, “The Vancouver Real Estate Market” should keep it’s fiery pace right through the summer. The message sent out today, informed members that due to the large number of new listings being submitted for MLS, the Real Estate Board will be extending their hours from 5pm to 7pm all week to try and catch up. If you’re expecting inventory levels to rise however, think again, as buyers continue to drive this robust market. One of my clients was lucky this past week, to be on top of the market, and make a great offer on a fabulous house in Coquitlam. They will be relocating here from Ontario in July, and I wish their whole family the best of luck in Vancouver.
