RE/MAX Central has been named Burnaby’s Best Real Estate Agency, for the ninth year in a row. What a great honour. It was also brought to my attention recently, that we also had the top market share in Burnaby for January and February of 2007 for the first time in office history. Some of the other offices have more representatives, so it is a great accomplishment to achieve the top market share. The market this year is off to a blazing start once again; much busier than most would have expected, and it’s great to see RE/MAX Central leading the way in Burnaby. Exclusive Listing in Coquitlam. Sold !!!
Posted in Just Sold on March 21, 2007 by wesleybehanSince joining RE/MAX Central, many of the experienced realtors in my office have offered me not only their time and wisdom, but also the opportunity to work right along side them. Recently, one of them asked me to help him assist his aunt and uncle in finding a new home in Coquitlam. I soon became very involved in the transaction, and had the opportunity to work with one of the top producing Realtor’s in Coquitlam. It was a lot of fun to be involved in a deal for such a beautiful home, and working with great people.
Port Moody Condo’s Sold !!
Posted in Just Sold on March 14, 2007 by wesleybehanPeople were lined up for about 5 hours in the rain this past weekend, in anticipation of Polygon’s release of their great new Nahanni Project . The Port Moody condo tower will be Polygon’s exclamation point on their highly successful Klahanie development. The tower will stand 32 stories tall, and offers it’s purchasers breathtaking views of the Burrard Inlet toward Vancouver. This building will change the face of not only the skyline, but the Port Moody Real Estate market as well. My clients were two of the lucky ones to receive a unit that faced the water, and they were certainly grateful as these units were in high demand. The project is expected to complete in 2009, just in time for the Winter Olympics.
