RE/MAX RE/TRAX 24 Hour Relay.

It’s that time of year again. The 24 Hour Relay for the kids is coming up in June, and it is time to start fundraising for the children. The first annual team captain’s meeting was held the other night at the Vancouver Center Public Library, and I am excited about getting our team going and the fundraising started. The 24 hour relay is an event put on by the Lions Club Foundation, to raise money so that Easter Seals children can go to summer camp. The RE/MAX RETRAX Relay Team website has been updated, and will continue to be until the event in June. I will also be posting updates on my new website at wesleybehan.com. Keep an eye out for your opportunity to make a pledge and make a childs dreams come true this summer.

Yaletown Park Tower II Condo Sold !!!

There was a lot of excitement this past weekend at the recently completed “Yaletown Park Tower II” at 909 Mainland, as owners were finally given their keys and allowed to move into their fabulous new building. Some of the new owners decided to list their place on the market immediately, and one of my clients was able to get a great deal on a brand new place.

The tower is the second of three, and has some great ammenities. The project is being developed by the extremely reputable Peter Wall and the “Wall Finacial Corporation”, creators of one of the tallest and outstanding buildings in Vancouver, (“The Sheraton Wall Center Hotel”).
