Burnaby Real Estate Bus Bench

My first “bus bench” advertisement went up this past week. I want to thank my good friend Rob Masefield for doing the design. We wanted to create a design that was different from every other bench in Burnaby, and I think it was a tremendous success. The bench is situated in the “Forest Hills” area of North Burnaby, where I specialize in the sale of town-homes. Shouldn’t be long before I have a nice mustache:)

My partner and I decided to purchase a one bedroom plus den condo in Kelowna’s Westbank. The complex is located on the “Vintage Hills Golf Course”, with fabulous views of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains. There was a huge demand for these units, and the project sold out in one day. The expected completion date is October, 2007. We have decided to list our unit for sale at a listing price of $279,900. Globe and Mail

The “Globe and Mail” newspaper recently decided to do an aditorial piece on one of my townhome listings. It was part of a real estate section aimed at informing purchasers and vendors of trends in the local market. It was really exciting to be published in Canada’s National newspaper.
